Nonprofit Plus is a strategic organisational development partner for nonprofit organisations navigating complexity, change, and growth.
We work with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders of social purpose organisations to strengthen the people, systems, processes and cultures that sit behind effective and equitable impact. Our work focuses on organisational development, workforce and leadership solutions, quality and improvement, and change management – supporting organisations to move beyond short-term fixes toward sustainable performance.
Nonprofit Plus is a social enterprise (Community Interest Company). We reinvest our profits to bring high-quality organisational development and change support within reach of charities and voluntary organisations, strengthening their ability to deliver public benefit and attract sustainable resources.
Our approach is practical and evidence-informed, grounded in deep sector experience. We understand the realities of operating in highly accountable, resource-constrained environments and tailor our support accordingly. Whether leading organisational reviews, supporting senior recruitment, embedding diversity, equity and inclusion, or strengthening impact and evaluation, we act as a trusted partner – challenging when needed, supportive always.

Our social enterprise commitment
Nonprofit Plus is a social enterprise and Community Interest Company (CIC). We are driven by a social purpose to strengthen the nonprofit and voluntary sector. Because we have no shareholders we are able to reinvest our profits into making high‑quality organisational development support more accessible. This commitment enables us to balance commercial rigour with public benefit, while extending access to organisations that might otherwise be excluded from this level of support.
Our social enterprise model reinforces our long‑term commitment to sector capability, sustainability, and impact.
Small voluntary organisations with five or fewer employees may be eligible to access some services at no cost, subject to funding, capacity and eligibility.
