Faced with rising demand, limited resources, and increasing expectations from funders, many leaders understandably prioritise frontline delivery and impact.
As a result, organisations frequently engage with development and change only when challenges have reached a critical point. Leadership teams become overstretched, staff disengagement grows, performance suffers, relationships become strained, and change initiatives struggle to gain traction.
Nonprofit Plus was created to help address that gap.
We exist to provide practical, peer-led organisational development support grounded in lived nonprofit leadership experience. We understand the realities of balancing mission, people, performance, governance, funding, and change because we have worked in those environments ourselves.

Nonprofit Plus is a social enterprise and Community Interest Company (CIC). We are driven by a social purpose to strengthen the nonprofit and voluntary sector. Because we have no shareholders we are able to reinvest our profits into making high‑quality organisational development support more accessible. This commitment enables us to extend access to organisations that might otherwise be excluded from this level of support, subject to funding, capacity and eligibility.
